Compass Homecare is a devoted and flexible homecare provider. We understand that every client’s situation is unique, and that things can change in an instant. For that reason, we do not require that our clients sign long-term contracts.

The safety and comfort of our client’s is our number one priority. Our team of caregivers is highly trained in critical skills like CPR and First Aid, as well as interpersonal skills. Each caregiver goes through a stringent application process including complete reference check and police clearance process. We’ve also developed a caregiver matching system to ensure that our clients receive care from an individual that they will connect with on an interpersonal level to ensure continuity of care, enabling a stable and consistent environment.
In addition, Compass Homecare only hires highly trained Personal Support Workers, Nurses and Care Managers, and often provide additional training once they are hired, each of which abide by a strict COVID policy.
